Volunteer Opportunities for Schools
Read-a-thon This is a way for your whole school to get involved in raising money for School on Wheels while encouraging students to read. Students collect pledges from family and friends for each minute they read for a given time period.
School Supply Drive Collecting supplies for children impacted by homelessness is a great way to remind students all children need the same supplies for school no matter where they live. Our donations allow us to provide hundreds of backpacks each year for children who have no home to do their homework.
Book List Teach your students about homelessness with these suggested book titles.
