Educating Children Impacted by Homelessness

Family Read-Aloud

The Family Read-Aloud Program offers time for parents and children at our program sites to listen to interactive stories read aloud. New books are given to each child to help them build their own personal library and encourage families to read together. The Family Read-Aloud brings families together to create positive experiences with books that instill a lifelong love of reading.

How can I help?

  • Volunteer and help run a Family Read-Aloud at one of our sites.
  • Organize a book drive to collect new books.
